Big Blame, Little Progress President

Obama's unfortunate, real inheritance continues to be his unprecedented "blame game" and lack of personal accountability as president–he is never to blame, quick to claim undeserved credit when something good happens, but it's never his fault and he "inherited problems" when things are going badly.
